Excellence

All coaches are Senior coaches, showing a minimum of 300 hours of executive coaching. Some of us are affiliated with: the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), which guarantees strict quality standards.

Well-trained

All coaches received a well recognized coaching degree, from a university or coaching school. The courses included among others: Systemic approach, Cognitive and behavioral approach, Transactional analysis (TA), Neurolinguistic programming (NLP), Non-violent Communication (NVC), the Human Element.

Mind & Body

Our coaches recognize the clear interaction between mind and body. We invite the coachee to reflect on his/her capacity to be grounded, welcome and integrate his/her emotions, and reach his/her own personal balance.

Customization

Each coaching path is unique. The format is negotiated between the coachee and his/her coach. Sessions can last from 1h30 to 3h. And the number of sessions will be accordingly, from 7 to 10.
